Mid-Senior Level Architectural Drafter

Purpose: Position: Architectural Drafter Location: Roseville, CA (just outside of Sacramento)

Available Openings: 6

Job Duration: 12-18/months with the possibility of extension.

Salary: $45K-$60K DOE + excellent health benefits, paid vacation/ holidays, ect.

West Coast most highly regards Architectural Design and Planning firm in existence since 1945, actively seeks a total of 6 skilled and experienced Architectural Drafters to join our Casino/ Resort project studio in our Roseville based office.

Ideal Architectural Drafting candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of professional CAD Drafting experience within an Architectural environment. Candidates with an Associates degree in Computer Aided Drafting or Design or equivalent professional industry experience are preferred. Drafters must be skilled and experienced in regards to the production of Architectural presentation and/or construction drawings such as building floor plans, elevations, sections, details, perspectives, site plans, ect. Must be strongly proficient with AutoCAD 2004 or higher. And be familiar with Architectural Desktop. Successful Drafting candidates will posses prior Architectural project experience in regards to either Commercial, Multifamily, Healthcare, or Hospitality projects.

These Architectural Drafters will work closely with our Architectural Design staff both in California and Nevada to produce detailed and accurate Architectural Construction Documents and drawings for our Casino Resort projects.
