St. Paul Grill Cook

This is a full time position. The shifts will be mostly in the evenings and will include weeknights and weekends.
Duties: Produce menu items to specification; work in an efficient and sanitary manner.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have working knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and experience with sauté and broiler. Candidates must be able to conduct themselves professionally, work in a fast-paced environment and follow specs consistently. Two or more years experience in a similar restaurant is required. A culinary degree is preferred, but not required.
