Marketing Manager

An exciting opportunity to contribute to the marketing efforts of Prison Fellowship (www.pfm.org), the world's largest Christian outreach to prisoners and their families. The Ministry Programs Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of marketing strategy for all programs dealing directly with prisoners and their families. Principal responsibilities are to develop systems and processes that capture feedback on all prison ministry efforts to gain a better understanding of constituents as well as measure program delivery; develop, implement and enhance systems to gather information on topics relevant to prison ministry, and, provide leadership and direction on the overall coordination of the divisional marketing strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have a degree in marketing with 3 to 5 years of experience in market research and analysis; development and implementation of marketing plans; providing input into marketing material content and appearance; working with IT applications related to the capture and retrieval of relevant data plus using and maintaining databases. Candidates must have demonstrated the ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally, possess excellent written and oral communication skills and have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
