SHIFT SUPERVISOR

MANUFACTURING
Shift Supervisor Parker Hannifin, a Fortune 500 company, has and immediate opening for a Shift
Supervisor/Value Stream Manager at its Chetek, WI location.
Focus of this position is to supervise and direct work activity of Team Leads;
develop subordinates; identify and eliminate waste; identify continuous
improvement opportunities; ensure quality standards are met; perform capacity
analysis on machines and work area; develop and deploy standardized work;
promote and enforce compliance of safety policies and procedures; advocate and
support Corporate WIN strategy; do employee performance reviews; manage a
Value Stream; understand and manage a Value Streams' financials and PSOT
goals; Supervisory responsibilities for a shift of 35 employees and manage a
product value stream. 4 year degree in business or related degree in
Supervisory Management and a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a
manufacturing environment. Experience in a LEAN manufacturing culture a plus.
