REQUIREMENTS
This outstanding firm is seeking a transactional real estate or land use partner-level attorney with a portable book of business of at least $600,000 and 10 or more years of experience in transactional real estate or land use representing owners or developers. An established reputation in Seattle and connections within the housing developer community are preferred. All candidates must be a member of the Washington Bar.
