Client Service Manager HR & Legal
Business Unit: GE HealthcareFunction: Information TechnologyResponsibilities: Support functional leaders in HR, Legal, and Communications.
Lead projects with Global functional colleagues to deliver projects on time while meeting quality, strategic and tactical needs.
Align functional requirements with IM strategies across multiple technical platforms.
Translate functional business requirements into technical strategies and solutions.
Coordinate work within the internal IT COE framework.
Implement project methodology rigor on all projects including milestones, budget and communications.
Foster relationships and results in a highly matrixed organization.~HJ~
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Information Technology or related technical experience for non-technical degrees
Minimum 5 years experience in IT, with significant experience as part of a large complex program
Strong leadership skills within a technical environment Demonstrated experience in delivering results with aggressive deadlines.
Experience in managing a technical development team.
Strong interpersonal oral and communication skills with both technical and functional team members at all levels of the business
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Understanding of multiple technical environments (Oracle erp, Business Intelligence, middleware etc.)
Demonstrated skill in balancing IT and functional needs
High energy, positive attitude, team playerDesired: Six sigma Green belt certified
Experience in HR, Legal or Communications Functional processes
Experience in Oracle Applications (ERP knowledge), BI solutions or middleware solutions
MBA or equivalent
Previous global development experienceGeneral: This is a high visibility IT leadership position which offers excellent exposure to key business functions within Shared Services. The CSM is a key member of the Global HR, Legal and Communication teams. The role involves daily interaction with geographically distributed team members.
