Certified Surgical Technician

Department: Operating RoomSchedule: Full-timeShift: Day shiftHours: Fri-Sat-Sun- 7 am to 7:30 pmJob Details: Associates Degree required. - 1-2 years surgical scrub experience required. - CST certification preferred.Works under the supervision of the Director of Surgical Services. Performs a variety of tasks including assisting, scubbing, preparing, and cleanup of surgical cases in the OR. Responsible for the proper instrumentation and supplies for each case. Fiscal management of supplies is a shared responsibility for all team members. Must be conscious of sterile technique at all times. Performs the functions as assigned. Works under the direction of an RN. Performs other duties as assigned. Employee will maintain confidentiality at all times.
