Our client, a premier healthcare organization has an opening for a Director of Human Resources. This position is in Racine and the salary will be in the area of $100,000.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, as well as at least seven to ten years of professional human resources experience and experience in the healthcare industry. A Masters degree is preferred. Broad knowledge and expertise in HR is required, as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a large, multi layered organization is ideal.
