The Risk Manager will develop, monitor, coordinate and administer a risk management program to promote problem identification, prevention and resolution to preserve and protect organization's assets, income and resources. To support the organization's mission through a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to risk management to meet the expectations of customers. Adheres to and practices the St. John's Medical Center Corporate Compliance Program and participates in Performance Improvement activities. Fosters a culture patient safety.

REQUIREMENTS
RN with 3-5 years of risk management and regulatory experience. Direct clinical experience in acute care hospital setting. Detail oriented and analytical. Strong computer, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals across all departments. CPHRM (Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management) and /or LLNC (Legal Nurse Consultant Certified) preferred.
