Department: Home CareSchedule: PRN (On-Call As Needed)Shift: Evening shiftHours: Possibility of additional weekend hoursJob Details: Must have high school diploma or equivalent. - Current WY CNA license required. - Current CPR certification required. - 1 year of CNA experience is required. - Must have current driver's license - Must have current auto insuranceWorks under the supervision of RN, LPN, and Nurse Manager. Assigned basic nursing care duties and assists professional personnel as appropriate. Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time, able to lift/transfer/carry at least 50 lbs. using appropriate devices. Good communication skills.
