Whole Body: Body Care Specialist

Set & achieve the highest standards in retail execution. Provide top-notch customer service. Complete maintenance of Body care department. Monitor inventory levels and order product from vendors. Maintain full & well merchandised department. Control spoilage and sampling. Train Team Members about new product info. Achieve required margin targets. Support goals and vision of Team Leader. Support all national & regional programs and policies. Prepare for inventory as required. Build impactful displays and endcaps. Maintain accurate Purchase Journals & financials.
REQUIREMENTS
Written action plan. A love of natural body care products. Retail experience. Demonstrated experience with buying or using natural body care products. Self motivation and a strong desire to grow. Excellent customer service standards. Flexible schedule and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Creative merchandising skills. Proven team player.
