National Assisted Living Company seeks full time Registered Nurse for unique career opportunity.

Job responsibilities include:
• Full time position as Wellness Director for our Oak Garden Residence in Altoona, WI.

o Assisting with staff training
o Resident assessments/case management
o Pharmacy coordination
o Assistance with quality assurance program
o Risk management & regulatory compliance

Looking for an RN who possesses strong organizational, training, assessment and communication skills. Experience in geriatric nursing a plus.
