ESI International is seeking a Client Account Manager to work in our Arlington, VA headquarters and manage the flawless implementation of our training services.

Requires experience working with sales leadership to manage program growth, project revenue and profitablility, and track and forecast financial performance.

The successful candidate will be able to:

Serve as lead point of contact for post sale implementation activities
Represent ESI at client meetings and presentations
Generate reports for clients upon request

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years client account management experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
Excellent command of the English language and outstanding business communication skills; verbal and written.
Ability to establish credibility with clients through understanding their business needs and building compelling solutions.
Capable of making appropriate financial and operational decisions.
Proficiency in MS Office.
