Outside Sales Representative

OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The Outside Sales Representative Position is with a high prospecting/high activity environment. A first year rep gets 40%+ of the business from their own prospecting. An average rep has 12+ appointments per week. Each rep has a geographical territory based on zip codes and building strong referral relationships is key to long term success.

Our client hires the very best and most proactive sales talent, and their Training Program is one of the most successful and comprehensive programs in the country. The District Sales Manager works closely with the Sales Reps their first year to make sure they are successful.

REQUIREMENTS
•2-5 year outside sales experience (strong preference is business to business)
•Proven Sales success
•College degree is optional but preferred
