Director of Small Molecule QC Chemistry Seattle

Outstanding opportunity for the PhD (chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry or related fields) with an analytical chemistry background (primarily small molecule but including protein based products and microbiological testing). Experience with method development and validation required including with lab equipment qualification. Alphabet soup includes GLP, GMP, SOP, IND, NDA, EMEA, ICH, NCE or NME, API, 21 CFR (part 11, 210,211, 600, 58), etc.

Required 10 years experience in an analytical lab function, (other quality functions a plus). Required 10 to 15 years management experience. Position has managerial responsibility for a staff of 35+ (including direct and indirect reports). Training is a significant part of the position.
