Aqua Finance is currently seeking a Collections Specialist for the corporate office in Wausau, WI.

Collections Specialist Responsibilities
Collection of accounts and manage the potential write offs, potential defaults of assigned accounts
Work with Dealers on buy backs and getting service for customers
Communicate and resolve issues with Attorneys on Bankrupt accounts and disputed accounts
Resolve customers’ concerns/disputes on billing statements, credit reports, promo time frame issues and system service problems
Fill in for an absent Portfolio Manager, for a short time
Assist in verifications when needed
Assist other Portfolios as requested (Delinquent, Write-off and Default accounts)

Must be able to communicate clearly with customers
Must be able and willing to resolve problems, answer questions, and handle difficult situations that arise on assigned accounts
Must have the ability to use a telephone, fax, computer and predictive dialer
